How I work behind the scenes
Every flat gets its own shoot: a camera operator and me, walking through the flat the way a buyer would. And every report comes out of the office, made by me.

I’m not on my own: there’s a team behind me
I’m a partner and sales director at Immobiliària Barcelona, the agency Sergi Ripoll and Josi Machado founded more than 15 years ago. With us is Martí, from Immobiliària Girona. I handle your flat myself, and behind me I have:
- The agency team, a lettings department and a marketing department
- A network of partner agencies (Àgora MLS and Apialia) bringing buyers
- Partners for mortgages, renovations and legal matters
- An office you can drop by whenever you like
Away from the desk
I get around by motorbike through the neighbourhoods where I sell and I train almost every day. The discipline of the gym is the same one I bring to every sale.

Do you work alone or with a team?
I handle your flat myself, from start to finish. Behind me is Immobiliària Barcelona, where I’m sales director: the office on C/ Sardenya 405, the team and a network of agencies bringing buyers.
Why only 5 owners at a time?
Because every flat needs its own price study, photos, video, ads and someone on top of every viewing and every offer. With 50 flats you can’t. With 5, you can.
Where do you work?
Mainly in Horta-Guinardó and Gràcia: Font d’en Fargues, El Carmel, El Guinardó, Horta, Vila de Gràcia and Camp d’en Grassot. If your flat is in another Barcelona neighbourhood, I study it the same way, using sales on your street.
