Selling your flat in the Eixample.
I sell flats in the Eixample, near my office on Sardenya. Grand period buildings, penthouses and flats to renovate, with prices based on real sales and viewings only with people who can buy.

In the Eixample you compete with the whole street
A single block can have ten flats for sale. Buyers compare a lot, and yours has to win the comparison.
Average asking price in the district according to idealista (September 2026). The closing price is usually a little lower and varies a lot between sub-neighbourhoods.
Eixample buildings
Modernista entrance halls, iron lifts, hydraulic tile floors and balconies onto the street. That’s what makes each flat unique, and what I show first.

A flat I showed on Passeig de Sant Joan
It’s one of the flats I’ve liked most. I show it to you the way I show it to buyers: room by room, explaining what makes it special.
- I walk through the flat the way the person who’ll live there would.
- I explain what the floor plan doesn’t show: the light, the building, the terrace.
- Every flat I sell has a video like this, for its page, Instagram and the campaigns.
Three buyers, three ways to show your flat
The one who wants to live in the centre
Looks for high ceilings, light and a good building. I show them the flat with photos and video that convey what it’s like to live there.
The international buyer
Compares from afar. Needs a floor plan, video and quick answers about the community of owners, the paperwork and running costs.
The investor
Runs the numbers. I give them clear data from the start: floor area, condition, possible renovations and nearby sales.
Every sub-neighbourhood has its own price
The Dreta de l’Eixample doesn’t sell like Sant Antoni, and a high-ceilinged principal floor doesn’t sell like a renovated penthouse.
- I give you the price based on sales on your street, not the district average.
- I check the building, the community of owners and any special levies before going to market, so there are no surprises.
- I prepare photos, a floor plan, video and a dedicated page for your flat.
- I work on a shared exclusive: the agencies in my network can also bring buyers.
What owners say
Real Google reviews.
Thank you so much, Álvaro, for your professionalism and outstanding service throughout the whole sale.
As we don’t live in the city, they took care of everything needed to reach a good deal. Very professional and attentive.
Álvaro supported me through the whole process of inheriting a flat in Horta. Everything went calmly and without any difficulties.

What people ask me in the Eixample
Which parts of the Eixample do I work in?
Mainly in the Dreta de l’Eixample, Sagrada Família and Fort Pienc, which are close to my office on Sardenya. Also in the Antiga and Nova Esquerra and Sant Antoni.
Who buys in the Eixample?
There are three buyers: the one who wants to live in the centre, the international buyer and the investor. Each looks at different things, so I prepare the listing and the viewings with your flat’s buyer in mind.
What does an Eixample buyer ask for?
Good photos, a clear floor plan, video and quick answers about the building, the community of owners, special levies and paperwork. I have it all ready before the first viewing.
How much is my flat in the Eixample worth?
It depends hugely on the sub-neighbourhood, the building, the floor and the orientation. I give you a range based on real sales on your street, in writing and within 24 hours.
What do I charge?
4% + VAT, or between 5% and 6% + VAT with home staging. The buyer pays no commission. It’s all on my fees page.

In a 6-minute video I tell you what I do, what I charge and what happens if it doesn’t work.
