Cookie policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

On alvarogarciasanchez.com, owned by Álvaro García Sánchez (NIF 24431429R), I use cookies and similar technologies. Here I explain what they are, which ones I use and how you can manage them, in accordance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI), the GDPR and the Spanish Data Protection Agency’s guide on cookies.

Manage my cookies

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. They help the website work, remember your preferences or show how it is used so it can be improved.

2. What types of cookies I use

  • Technical or necessary: essential for the website to work and to remember your cookie choice. They do not require your consent.
  • Analytics: let me know how many people visit the website and which pages they view, in aggregate. They are only activated if you accept them.
  • Marketing: used to measure my campaigns and show you related ads on other platforms. They are only activated if you accept them.

3. Cookies used on this website

The videos on the website are hosted on my own server and do not set cookies. YouTube videos in some blog posts only load when you press play; from that moment on, YouTube may set its own cookies.

4. How to accept, reject or change your choice

The first time you visit the website you will see a notice to accept, reject or configure non-essential cookies. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or from the button on this page.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings: Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge. If you block technical cookies, some parts of the website may not work properly.

5. International transfers

Some providers, such as Meta, may process data outside the European Economic Area. They do so with the safeguards of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can read their policies on their websites.

6. More information

To find out how I process your personal data and how to exercise your rights, see the privacy policy or email me at alvaro@immobiliaria.barcelona.

7. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy if the cookies I use change. I will always show the date of the last update at the top of the page.
